European business aviation flight activity continues to decline as we approach the end of October. We observed a 4.5% decline in traffic between the second and third week of the month. This same time last year we observed a 0.5% increase in flights.Stat of the Week: The largest decrease in European flight activity from the second to the third week of October was observed in the fractional market, which was down 8.3% week over week.
