As a broker, when you subscribe to the Certified Broker Program, you will receive an independent, unbiased, fact-based assessment that confirms you meet or exceed industry best practices. Certified brokers must have documented policies and procedures in place which adhere to applicable regulations, industry best practices, appropriate insurance coverage, and management of the fiscal responsibilities inherent to this line of business.
