Reflecting on a Successful Year – Thank You for Your Partnership

Dear PROS Clients and Advisors,As we close out an incredibly productive year, I want to extend my sincere appreciation for your collaboration and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Together, we achieved meaningful progress across the PROS Support Program and the broader aviation safety community.This year, we welcomed new PSP clients, conducted multiple Gap Assessments, and Codeshare Audits. We also strengthened industry competence by training more than 500 aviation professionals across our Aviation Lead Auditor Training, IOSA Conformance Auditor Training, Risk-Based IOSA (RBI) Training, and our newest course, Airline SMS Training, added for 2025. It was a busy, high‑impact year, and every achievement reflects the dedication of both our advisory team and our operator partners.We are also proud to share a major accomplishment: every one of our PSP clients ended the year with finding counts below the IATA average, whether well under 30 findings for RBI audits or well under 100 for initial audits. This is an exceptional milestone and a testament to the hard work, preparation, and collaboration demonstrated by everyone involved.Looking ahead, 2026 will be a year of continued growth and responsiveness to client needs. We are preparing to roll out new services designed to strengthen organizational maturity and enhance operational safety, including:

• Maturity Assessment Support aligned with Operators Maturity Assessment Report

• Training offerings inspired by Maturity Assessment Criteria, including a 5‑Day Auditor Training and 5‑Day IOSA Training

• Root Cause Analysis Training

• Safety Culture Survey

• These additions directly reflect the feedback we’ve received from operators throughout the year, and we are excited to continue evolving our program to meet the industry’s needs.
