The PROS Support Program is a subscription service offered to Operators to make the IOSA process more efficient and less intrusive. The services are based on PROS vast experience working with airlines, understanding the challenges and knowing how to maintain conformance within the IOSA program.

Your enrollment in PSP will return time and resources to your organization as an IOSA Operator.

PSP Training

- Risk-based IOSA Training | 2-day live virtual event every other month
​- Virtual ICAT (IOSA Conformance Auditor Training) | 3-day live event per quarter
- R-ICAT Recurrent Computer-Based Training | Offered annually after new ISM is published
- On-Site ICAT | 2-day event available upon request

Continuous Conformance Monitoring

Continuous Conformance Monitoring will be performed annually with the new publication of the IOSA Standards Manual (ISM) as well as during the initial set up of an Operator into the PROS Support Program. Highlights of CCM include:

- Document Review
- Implementation Review
- Detailed Report and Briefing based on review
- Follow up to help resolve non-conformities and opportunities for improvement

Live IOSA Support

PROS Support Advisors (PSAs) can be onsite or remote depending on the Operator’s preference for real-time assistance during their IOSA audit. PSAs will assist with the following:

- ISARP Interpretation
- Locating documentation and Implementation evidence
- Non-conformity clarification
- Observe interviews when requested

IOSA CAR Closure Assistance

PROS Support Advisors will work together with the Operator’s Subject Matter Experts to:

- Understand the non-conformity
- Identify the root cause
- Identify the appropriate Corrective Action Plan (CAP)
