The second week of the New Year saw a return to the typical weekly pattern for North American Business Aviation flight activity after a robust holiday season. Daily flight activity gradually increased through the first part of the week, eventually peaking on Thursday, typically the busiest day of the week. In the absence of any forecasted severe winter storms, we expect flight activity to increase in the coming week.
Stat of the Week: With over 1200 observed flights, KTEB was the top business aviation airport in North America for the week of Jan 08th - 14th . Teterboro’s flight activity was made up of 46% Charter flights, 28% Fractional flights, and 26% General Aviation flights.
