The 2023 MLB World Series matchup between the Texas Rangers and the Arizona Diamondbacks kicked off in Arlington, TX on Friday. Leading up to and including Game 1 on Friday, Oct 27th and Game 2 on Saturday, Oct 28th, business aviation flights were recorded at 21 airports within a 50 mile radius of Globe Life Field over the course of the week (October 22nd – 28th).
The Dallas/Arlington metro area experienced a higher daily volume of flights every day of the week with the exception of Monday. The airports with the highest arrival flight counts were: KDAL, KADS, KFTW, and KDFW.These four airports accounted for 78% of all business aviation flight activity in the region last week.
