A sales representative will reach out with questions regarding your audit needs.
ARGUS PROS will contact you to arrange mutually agreed upon dates for the audit. Audits are usually performed 60 days after they are scheduled.
The 60 days between scheduling your audit and the aviation audit are used as audit preparation. Your company will need to provide manuals and supporting documents no later than 15 days prior to the audit. ARGUS Auditors will use these documents in their audit preparation.
ARGUS auditors will conduct the audit on-site. Depending on the scope, the audit will generally require two days and two auditors, a maintenance and operations auditor. All post-audit time frames are calculated from the date of the closing meeting.
Within 10 calendar days of your audit, ARGUS will conduct a quality control review. Once completed, a Corrective Action Report will be provided, if applicable. If there are no findings your Final Report will be provided 30 days from the completion of the quality control review.
If your audit has no findings, ARGUS will close the audit. The Final Audit Report is made available to you as soon as your audit is closed.
You will have 90 days from the date of the closing meeting to submit input for each of your corrective actions.
Between 90 and 120 days of your audit, ARGUS will review your corrective actions and work with you to ensure they meet the ARGUS Audit Standard. Within 120 days your corrective actions and audit will be closed, and the final report provided.
